Excellent customer service! They went above and beyond for me getting my car fixed and approved under warranty. They walked me through everything and updated and helped me every step of the way. Very genuine and honest gentlemen that work here. Refreshing to see a reputable and reliable mechanic shop! Will do business in the future with them if need be!

Best Auto repair in and around Lexington Kentucky. Very honest and they keep the cost reasonable. I have A Jeep wrangler and a highlander and over the years theyve needed some repairs. I’ve taken my vehicles for estimates around town and given outlandish estimates with repairs claimed to be needed. I read reviews about their honesty and workmanship and tried them out and have never gone another place. They have repairs my vehicles (and even stated the other guys inspection was bogus-saving me thousands). I’ve had First Stop do several pre-buy inspections on used cars that I was interested in buying. I used them for my sons car in 2020 which turned out to be a great car and now for my daughter’s car. It provides great peace of mind before pulling the trigger on a used car purchase.
